House Wanted (Yuma Area) 2000sqft
Military family with wonderful rental history moving to Yuma in May or June for 3 years. Non smokers, don’t party, late 30′s, rank is Lieutenant. We have a 2 person income household so we can afford the rent. We only have 1 child in the home with us full time but we desire either a very large 3 bdrm or 4 bdrm plus home or one that has a den or extra family room. We prefer 3 bathrooms and if one had a jacuzzi tub that would be great! We are looking for a house that has a 2-3 car garage and would like space to park our trailer if possible. A fenced yard is a must, prefer a house with grass. We own our own washer/dryer so only need hookups. We do have 2 outdoor cats that have a bed where they sleep in a garage during the nightime with a self cleaning litter box. Willing to pay extra deposit. Hoping to find a house that has a gated pool, air conditioning, ceiling fans and is 2 stories. I know we may not find all of these ammenties in one home so if you have something that fits all or part of this request please let us know the size of the property, the size of the house, your monthly rent and what this includes.
