RENTAL FOR LESS THAN 90 DAYS @$1000cash/month PREPAID

RENTAL FOR 90 DAYS @ $850cash/month PREPAID
RENTAL FOR 120 DAYS @ $750cash/month PREPAID
RENTAL FOR 150 DAYS @$650cash/month. PREPAID.
ADD 10% for paying monthly.

TO RESERVE: Pay ONE MONTH NON REFUNDABLE before your anticipated rental dates. NO ADDITIONAL FOR SPACE RENT,

You pay only: propane and electric. Cable TV, Water and trash is paid.
Remember, when you book, your FIRST MONTH RESERVATION FEE is NON REFUNDABLE.
A deposit equal to one month will be held and refunded in cash upon departure.
